Only Murders in the Building made me obsessed with crimes in apartment complexes. Ben Aaronovitch's The Hanging Tree made me obsessed with crimes in London high rises.

The premise is more fantastical than fantasy or a Hallmark movie, but dammit if I don't want to dive in.
